Best sales book I have read in 30 years

Times have changed and buyers have too. This book walks the reader through the different stages and commitments of a major sale. Picks up where SPIN Selling left off. A must read!

Did not know what I was missing!

For starters, I have towed equipment and trailers for the last 35 years. I've always used the old style traditional brake controllers with the knobs and dials on them and adjusted it where I wanted it for a given trailer. I am no stranger to towing. This was for my wife's 2016 4runner which she will be using to tow our small RV. I did not want for her to have to make any adjustments hence the reason why I went with the automatic one. Yesterday and today were the first days that we have towed with it. I am blown away! It is 100% perfectly seamless braking between the tow vehicle and the trailer. Cannot say enough good stuff about this controller. Will be converting my Dodge ram 2500 to one of these. 100% impressed without reservation.

Well engineered fitting!

This fitting is exactly what I needed to get into a deep hole on a part of the steering on an old Mustang. The inverted flare part of this fitting is extended for getting deeper into holes if you need to. Would probably be perfect for getting into some master cylinders. Also, the hex around the fitting is as small as it can be which gives you additional room. For me, it was exactly what I needed. Would totally recommend. Very high quality and I'm totally pleased.
