Good purchase
Needed a wear eliminator to wrap around the top frame on my sportster for fatbob tanks that are made to hug frame, and this worked without seriously throwing everything out of alignment. Seems well made, and just what I needed. Well pleased.

It's good, in comparison.
0 of 1 found this helpful Maybe just my errant expectations, but output of this fan is not as impressive as I expected it to be, considering it's CFM rating. It is better than normal, by far, though. Worth the money considering, in the end. I have found some a bit more powerful since, though.

Works on Sportsters too
This bronze gear solves the problem many 2004-2006 Sportster owners experience when their engine gets enough mileage on them to develop a little run out on the gear drive shaft, causing the steel oil pump drive gear to self destruct, which can spread metal fragments through your oil system. I had the cover off to install new cams, and bought this as cheap insurance for the future. Easy install and peace of mind, what's not to like?
