Great product but do a search on how to make your own saltwater
Does everything it says it will do and once I figured out how to hold it and hold my head the result was great. Salt pods are expensive but if you look around on the internet you can find a way to make your own perfectly safe saltwater - there are many sites that show you how to do this and it saves a lot of money. The product itself is great once you get comfortable using it, and once a day is perfect for me.
