Return of defective tires has been impossible so far. I guess this company doesn't read their Emails

2 of the 4 tires were so badly out of balance that Les Schwab refused to mount them. The good news is that they were replaced in a timely manner. The bad news is that this company has yet, despite repeated attempts to have them remedy the situation, sent any labels for these tires so that UPS can accept them for return. As a result, I have these 2 HUGE tires in my garage and a wife that constantly reminds me of this fact.
