Guess he had a change of heart, which was fine until decided to refund me $3 out of the $20 I paid and said "me and eBay were out to get him" can't make this up. 10/10 don't recommend.

Buying Used.
Well, it's what to expect when you buy used products, especially electronics. It didn't work properly, but I was able to use the parts inside the unit to fix my original one.

Best in Class!
Take it from a Professional Driver, I run day and night, this D.O.T. reflective tape, is no doubt, strong, great adhesion, bright in day or night. You definitely get more for the money, I use this style D.O.T. approved tape on my small trucks, that escorts me when I have wide loads, definitely stands out. I highly recommend this product. Safety is our game, and this game got safer, using quality products like this, at a very good price. Thanks!

Worth the money
Moderately priced, but compared to the cheaper models that are, well you know, this product is middle range and I think that it is worth the price, especially when it's my time involved, can't go wrong with this one!
