    Seller listed this laptop as Grade A, came with top lid broken Blemish on screen and some scratches on top of keyboard. I contacted seller and he told me it was fine he shipped it . Package was wrapped in a thin bubble wrap. I ask for a return and seller hasn’t respond

    THIS BUYER IS TOTALLY DISHONEST, HE DROPPED THE UNIT WHILE UNWRAPPING IT AND CAUSED THE DAMAGE. I STILL HONORED THE WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH THE UNIT WAS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE CONTENTIAL UNITED STATES.
