Leaving marks
1 of 1 found this helpful I started using the cartridges a couple weeks ago. I'm a little concerned that there are large toner spots in the left margin on each printed page. I have cleaned the rollers on multiple occasions to attempt to rectify the problem, but the spots reappear. It appears the toner cartridge is dispensing excessive toner on the left side as witnessed by the "spray" of toner on the cartridge. I plan to continue to clean the rollers in hope that the problem will be resolved.
