This motor will fit the Aubrey 7000 bathroom light, vent fan, and heater fan combo. (Vent side.)
I have an Aubrey 7000 bathroom light, vent fan, and heater fan combo. This motor fits the vent fan side, just reverse the rotation as you install it. I bought two, one for each bathroom. The Aubrey unit was made and installed in 1986, when my house was built. I couldn't find a motor anywhere else, and I was told they are no longer in business.
This motor works great and is even an improvement over the OEM motor. The tags on the OEM motors were illegible, but they were made by Jakel. The frame laminations on the new motors are slightly thicker, and the through bolts are one size smaller in diameter, which necessitated picking up two (2) new mounting nuts for each one at the local hardware store. Otherwise, this was a plug 'n play installation. I am very pleased with the product and it's performance.
