Got it up and working (including getting a special "TP Link" for my desktop becauseit doesn't have Bluetooth -- my laptop does -- gut I prefer my desktop "big girl" computer.) My only complaint about the Cricut itself is that I'm going to have to start printing my own money for all the supplies I want!!! LOL
