Broken headset
Was shipped to my home very next day with a broken headset that makes heavy static noises when plugging into the mixamp and straight into controller. Old A10's that I had before that these were supposed to replace does not do it with the same cable. Broken headset, obviously was not tested. Leavinb a 1 star review until the company reaches back out to me to rectify this issue. Also sent them a message. Beware of the products they sell.
