Bose QC35 QuietComfort 2 headphones
4 of 4 found this helpful These are very comfortable and effective at cutting out ambient noise. It isn't perfect of course but you can expect a significant reduction. I also have a pair of wired ones I use at work to cut down extraneous chatter when I need to concentrate.
The range is not very far but I suppose this is to get a reasonable battery life. I like to listen to audiobooks and you can keep the phone in a pocket easily enough. It means that you can do other stuff without snagging any wires.
The most irritating thing was that there are voice instructions as soon as you switch them on telling you to download an app. This I found extremely annoying as I am not app-minded and don't have any of them on my phone other than those it came with. However, I managed to connect to the phone easily enough via the Bluetooth link and my anger was somewhat assuaged!
On the whole, very good. I shopped around and paid quite a low price. I wouldn't have been so satisfied if I'd paid the full price.

Upright mouse ergononic and comfortable.
Using IT a lot, for several years I have had problems with the fingers of my mouse hand getting stiff and painful.
The mouse wheel was particularly to blame.
Changing to the upright mouse has pretty much got rid of the discomfort. I can recommend it.

Lifebook CMOS Battery
Don't undertake this lightly. I have the s7220 and the CMOS battery is in the most inaccessible and moronic place imaginable. You need to strip down almost the entire laptop to get to it.
The little flat cable connectors are hinged. Flip the black bit up to extract the cable. The trim round the power switch and LCD display is secured by a tiny Torx screw in the middle of the battery compartment, but then clips off. Use a blunt knife to get into the slots in the back of the screen hinges.
Get the back off the base first and then remove the motherboard. You will need to remove the VGA connector jackscrews too.
Reassemble the flat cabe connectors really carefully. It took me two goes to get the reassembled laptop working!
But it's great to have a laptop that doesn't need the time and date setting every time.
