Bad reception
Takes good photos, but has poor reception of both cellular signal and wi-fi
Cannot use most apps unless I am near my router. My range extender has a strong signal but this phone will not use it to access the internet. Have to go where the original router from ATT comes into the house

Great phone
Shipped quickly and everything was brand new. Verizon got it up and running and now I am trying to learn all the bells and whistles. Smart phone, less than smart used.
