I like mine !
Comes pre-programmed with GRBL so works right out of the box. Allows adding an interface for 'standalone' control. Very compact and easily mountable due to having an acrylic cover.
NO documentation and no adjustment of microstepping rate due to integration of drivers, so setting steps/mm in config is by trial.

Good value little portable cutter
I use the KKmoon 7w desktop laser to cut wood / acrylic patterns for moulding the lost waxes for casting jewellery. The unit is small, easily & quickly packed away when not required and put back into service in 3-minutes.
The design is simple but well executed with all moving parts running on ball races, consequently I expect a long productive life from the mechanical system.
The laser diode focuses to a very narrow kerf which helps the cutting of intricate pieces. Like all small, over-run lasers the diode life will dictate diode replacement at fairly regular intervals and this is easier on this machine than others I have used.
Have only cut for 20hrs at present, but am happy and hopeful for trouble free use.
