Lightweight with Heavyweight features. Very easy to use.
1 of 1 found this helpful Very good documentation came with the AT Pro. Very easy to understand and use out of the box. The AT Pro is light and very adjustable to fit the user. I especially like the beginner instructions and suggestions. The AT Pro is engineered for the serious hunters as well as the beginner. The display is clear and very easy to understand. The audio alerts are great when identifying what type of metal it has detected and the depth indicator is great. The deeper the target registers, the excitement level raises in anticipation of what is under there.
I haven't had the opportunity to submerse it yet, so I can't say anything as to its performance in that respect.
We look forward to using it as often as we can. Our son, 5 years, has his own small detector so when I pull out the AT Pro he is right there with me. He is still a little short to make the AT Pro fit but it won"t be to much longer and he'll be mastering it and I'll have to buy him one or replace this one!
