  They shipped the wrong item (as others have complained) and refuse to respond to messages from me (as other reviews mention as well). This is a poor seller featuring poor customer service. I would AVOID them. This was a Christmas present for my wife. Life is too short to deal with poor customer service. Buyer beware.

Seller's communication evaporated once I tried to resolve the issue. They offered me $20 to keep a $50 item that I didn't want or need, and ignored my counteroffer to make it $30 so we could skip the hassle of a return. So, I had no choice but to open a case with eBay. I've never had an experience this bad on eBay before.
