Weller WLC100 40-Watt Soldering Station

Good for me.

It's cheap, heats up quick, doesnt take long to re-heat between solder joints. Not a big fan of generic adjustment instead of saying the wattage or temperature on the scale but I understand thats why it's so cheap. I highly reccomend this product and think it's excelent for the right projects. If you need to solder things that are highly temperature sensitive I would say it's not the best for that, but small wires and regular circuit board component connections are perfect for this. Overall it is very light and lacking in features but very heavy in the quality and durability you would expect from Weller.

Good heat shrink... poor adhesive.

This heat shrink tubing is everything the description says it is except for the adhesive lining. Tubing is very nice, flexible and durable after shrinking... not hard as a rock or burnt like cheap junk heat shrink would be. However, in my years of mechanic experience, adhesive lined heat shrink is supposed to have adhesive GUSHING out of both ends when heating for a perfect and unquestionable seal. This tubing stays in place and seems to have sealed fairly well but nothing comes out of either end but air. Overal surprisingly good quality for the price but if your expecting adhesive lined in the way I have just described this is not the product to buy.

High quality!

I've been an equipment mechanic since high school and I know more than enough about tire chains. I've always used Peerless tire chains and they seem to be the best, however I needed a set of tire chains off season and couldn't find Peerless in stock anywhere so I gave these a try. All I can say is if there is a difference between these chains and Peerless chains I couldn't find it. Excellent quality for a great price! Will definitely recommend to my customers and purchase again for myself!
