Great product
Part works as described and looks nice.
Just be sure to clean threads before mounting.
The head on the bolts supplied with it strip very easily

too heavy for tour pac lid
it mounted as described,but is far to heavy to mount to lid.
very good quality and sturdy, that being said it should have been designed to mount behind speaker pods.
i was very aware by the description where it mounted just not aware of the weight.
be careful of stock hinges
