Impossible to remain neutral about God after reading this book
This is an amzing testimony to how an Oxford professor found God in a very unlikely place. She clearly, plainly, and yet compellingly presents her experience which is easily related to the reader and their search for meaning in life. I dare anyone to read this book and not be forever changed!! I dare you.

Mr. Rogers for the next generation!! Must have for new parents!
We bought this DVD for our grandkids so that, too, can benefit from Mr. Rogers, as did our children. His gentle spirit is a wonderful contrast to the harshness of today's media. He teaches life-long character traits in a way that reaches the hearts of young children. I highly recommend thie DVD.

Leaf by Niggle in single volume - good deal!
1 of 1 found this helpful J.R.R. Tolkein's Leaf by Niggle is in a single volume rather than in a collection of writings. I only wanted this one story and I finally found it here. I highly recommend this thought-provoking story of Tolkein's, which some say is a description of his life in being challenged to finish the Lord of the Rings series. Worth the read.
