Inline configuration rules!
I have no idea why folks were chiding scalextric for going to inline on the Javelins. Sidewinders cannot and will never keep up with them! And the braking myth is just that. Another example is the new mini Coopers. I
have 2 inlines and they kick butt and stay on cause the motor is mid body not hanging on the rear axle .
I have 2 Javelins with CB49XF quick slicks on and they are awesome. Minor trimming of wheel well is needed but these tires are way wider than stock and are well worth it!

Awesome Kit! Super nice quality kit with all metal gears and bushings! Kit doubles as race day hauler With room for 3 cars plus tools, oil etc.
Body is immaculately detailed and sturily built. I cant say enuf great things. I put maxxtrax 43s on and it flies.
