Copper is more expensive for a reason....It's way better.

If you are installing your system in a 4 door sedan than this will work great for you. The kit is high quality and of proper size to accommodate the listed wattage. My amp was 980 watts and is working great. The metal is tinned copper and is a breeze to install. Copper serves to critical benefits, first it flexes and bends making it much easier to install, and second it is much more conductive, make a smaller wire carry more amps. The fuse and other items in the kit are also high quality. The only con I can see is cable length. If you are installing this in a large SUV you may want to purchase a longer power wire because I had to install this on the back seat, I did not have enough length to reach mid trunk. The RCA and other cables are also high quality.

Extreme Quality and Performance - You cannot go wrong with SKAR!!!!!

I did a ton of shopping and research and finally choose this combo for value and performance. I'm running 350 watts RMS to this unit and it causes my back deck and seat to rumble. It's hard to believe that you can get this much for the price. My sound preference was a sub that could handle higher frequencies and I have my crossover set to 250 Hz. This sub handles a good amount of mid-bass without any problems. That is one of it's best features in my opinion. It can throw down also if I'm in the mood for some rib rattling sound. It's the best of both worlds.

Great Amp at a Great Price. You will spend twice as much for a NAME BRAND!

Ok....I did a ton of shopping for a 5 channel amp and I am happy with my purchase. The amp delivers crystal clear sound and certainly provides plenty of power. I am using (4) 6x8 kickers in the door and one 12" sub from SKAR. I did not use the installation kit and opted for a Stinger 4 gauge copper kit. I used the installation kit supplied with this for extra parts (which I highly recommend doing). The only real con with this amp is the crossover. I find it a bit hard to tune and find that using my head unit crossover gives me better sound. The bass remote will also be replaced with a different unit because I need something that is more flexible in mounting options. Only only straight up complaint is the power indicator light on the remote, it is horribly bright. I had to put a piece of duck tape over it so i could see to drive.
