No assembly tool

Special tool required to depress ratchet ball and spring while inserting ratchet gear assembly. Not included in kit. Lost patience trying to reassemble so I gave the whole mess to a friend.

Handier than I expected.

Has many actually useful features. Battery has charge indicator. Balances well. Goo amount of torque. Belt/pocket clip. Doing construction on my house, so I use it daily.

Durable

Not the fastest. Software is limited. Capacity is limited, but it has outlasted a Synology and a Qnap. I use it for storage. I bought the chassis as a bakup. Got 9 years of service in a rain forest environment.
