Good quality with room for improvements.

It's OK but not of the quality of other tables like this. It could and should have a lip around the table that is about one-eighth of an inch high. This helps stop some light spills and keeps some small items from sliding off. Also, the mechanism that holds the table down could have a bit more friction added to hold the table down. We had a small glass of ice on the table and it was bumped, the glass was airborne as the table was on a fast track for the ceiling, of course, the built-in stop caught the event. The lower part is of good quality, in fact, better than other like tables. Still, I think that is is a good deal and recommend it to others.

One man installation, easy to install. ...

One man installation, easy to install. Good quality including product finish. Snug fit no slop. Item did not have the holes drilled for the wiring harness. Did not have mounting holes for step pad at the bottom. It would be nice if this type of item could come with the required mounting bolts. If an item being replaced like this there is a good possibility that all the old bolts are FUBAR and can not be saved. I do recommend this seller and item to others. Super service

A must for multipale cats

We are a cat rescue and have multipale cats. We accept only sick or injured cats. Most of our cats that are sick have upper respatory problems. We have found that this product helps the imune system push back on the upper respatory diease.
