An interesting view of mid-century law enforcement. Produced in an unusual documentary style set in mid-century Los Angeles. I particularly enjoyed the vintage footage of old buildings and automobiles. The dialogue was a hoot! Officers are discussing the shotgun death of a victim with a criminologist who says; The first shot took em down," The cops reply "The second shot turned him into a crowd." All delivered with no affect what-so-ever. Anyhow, well worth the viewing time as a door to our not-so-distant past.
