Cyclops HR strap
It simply works. Pairs up with my Lyzene bike computer every time without issue. I do get some peak HR readings that are off the scale (well, my scale anyway), but other than that, seems to work as well as the myriad other straps I've had over the years. Comfort and adjustability are good. Durability seems good. Been using for 6 months.

2014 Bell Gage
Asthetically, this helmet in matte black and light blue is very subdued, which I personally like. It is very light weight, and I hardly know it is there. Bell helmets shape just works well on my noggin and I use them exclusively, though I have tried many other brands through the years, so the comfort level is very good for me. The padding is minimal yet fully adequate. The straps are lighter weight than previous Bells I've owned, so I'll see how they hold up. But with 10-15 hours a week on my sweaty head, no helmet has an extremely long life span with me. Ventilation seems really good. I have not used it in high temps yet, but it definitely gets chilly on road rides below 60 degrees F. A very nice old stock top line helmet at a huge discount. Can't go wrong.

ESI grips
Easily installed. Just cut them off to replace. Comfort, good grip. They do wear out with time. I go through a couple of pairs a year. The colored ones will pick up and hold dirty. Just causes them to look dirty. If you hit them with a power washer, they look new again.
