The best setup for a macbook pro and a large monitor
I have the complete mobile pro setup and it is incredible. It is very strong, I can swing the monitor to any viewing distance without tools and in a few minutes with a couple of tools I can change the height and the angle of the monitor (but once it is set up, there is really no need. I am using it with a MacBook Pro 15 and a 27" cinema display. I am in graduate school which is online and spend many hours in front of the computer and like to have several windows open at a time and am easily able to do it with this setup. All of the cable are hidden and the best part is that the only thing on my desk is the column bolted to the desk. I drilled a hole in order for the power cable to come up into the column so that too is hidden. I know this is an expensive setup, but for the number of hours I spend in front of my computer and need top ergonomics, it is well worth the money.

Doesn't pop off
Works great with 1 hand and the hose doesn't fly across the room. Not metal so less chance of scratching and the quality is excellent.
