Absorbable multi vitamin
Because the nutrients in the mega food supplements our from food the body absorbs them. Most supplements are unrecognizable by the body and end up in the toilet.

Ok, good for short term use
They seem fairly comfortable but after wearing them for a half hour my ears ache. I like that they are lightweight, easy to use and sound good.

Real vitamin supplement
These are real vitamins, not some synthetic isolates that will end up in the toilet. Being made from food they are more bioavailable than 95% of the supplements sold today.
