If you want to blow..
Well I really needed something that worked to train my German shepherd dog that I recently adopted. He's a handful no manners and will not obey. This whistle does nothing to sway him from digging or barking. So I guess u get what you pay for. You blow and it's like you blowing through a straw. Just silent he doesn't even flinch. But in my opinion do your homework and if its costly it might work.
