Refurbished but looks and acts brand new
There were no scratches on this phone at all , was almost like new and only had the plastic off the screen.
There are a few glitches like the main keypad keeps coming on screen but it's not intolerable.
All in all worth the money I paid for a refurbished phone that is more or less new
