Essential for collectors!
3 of 3 found this helpful One of the most under appreciated game consoles of all time, the TG16 had a short life. But is you’re a fan of side scrolling action or shooters this will be a great system for you. You’ll also find some quirky genres like pinball on here. Some good games to pick up would be the Bonk series, Alien Crush & Devils Crush (pinball), Blazing Lazers, Neutopia (think Zelda), Dungeon Explorer (Gauntlet), & Military Madness (turn based strategy). Those will get you collection started off right.
And if you a fan of video game music you can’t go wrong here. The tunes on most TG16 games were catchy & you had them stuck in your head later. Good 16-bit era graphics (with an 8-bit system processor), for the era. The controller just fits in your hand nicely. Turbo buttons were a catchy trend at the time, they are built into the controller.
Give the TG16 a shot. It’s a fun little system that is sadly fading into time.

Not bad
This set makes a great starter set or more ideally use it to backlight game consoles. Set up is very easy but use caution peeling away the adhesive sticky strips. The paper coating is hard to get off if right out of the package. Use patience & you’ll eventually get it.

Very high quality
If you need an HDMI switcher I can’t recommend this one enough. It is built with a metal chassis that gives it weight so it doesn’t slide around. The connections are very solid & fit snugly. I’ve found if you really want flexibility in your entertainment center don’t use a passive switcher that lacks its own power source. You want a powered switcher that can properly boost the signal over a longer distance & provide a consistent pass thru connection. This works amazingly well. It even includes a remote control in the box. Side note; the remote is shipped without a battery but it’s a common enough size CR-2032 that you can buy almost anywhere.
In short whether you have multiple gaming systems like me or just a bunch of components to hook up to a tv with only 1 or 2 HDMI inputs this is the way to go. I highly recommend this.
