    Seller was prompt to ship and the item arrived well packed and safe. The mug doesn’t hold liquid unfortunately. I think it would have been important to mention in the description, unless I missed that detail. The reason is there are small gaps between the pieces of wood on the sides. I don’t fault the seller for this. I could have easily asked but didn’t. I’m still happy with the product and wanted to offer that feedback for future items such as this.
