Does what it supposed to do.
Our replacement Insinkerator Hot Water Dispenser does just that, "Dispenses Hot Water". The only problem we experienced is that the water tasted oddly metallic for a while after installation. I filled and drained it several times, but it still had an odd taste for several days. It has finally started to resume a normal taste to the water.

Soft hair.
It makes my hair very soft with less frizz. I've only used it twice so I'm not sure if it helps with hair loss yet.
