I can't get this working
I don't know why, but it doesn't seem to be recognizing my remote, which is a Lutron stacked fan control. I don't know if Bond contemplated that one, because the pre-programmed soft buttons in the app don't really correspond to it one bit.
Bond support has been trying to help, but it's been more of a slog than I was in the mood for and we haven't solved the problem yet

This is a bit dated a product
2 of 15 found this helpful This is a bit dated a product, and there may be better choices for a similar or lower price, such as the Plantronics Backbeat Pro, which I have and are now priced at $114.
I got these because the noise canceling was supposedly state of the art, which it might be, and the sound was supposedly great, which it may be. But being wired is a serious price to pay, and the controls, the connections, the build quality, the features are short of where the market is now. The Backbeat Pros have pretty decent noise cancelling, great sound, and a lot more features, more adjustability, and far better build quality. I've got both, and if I had to jettison one, I'd keep the Plantronics Backbeat Pros.
