Cast Iron Casserole Pot
It's a great pot to cook with, it uses minimal heat, saving on power usage! Very heavy and solid made. Unfortunately, I washed the pot after use and placed it upside down to dry it but forgot it needed to be dried instantly. The next morning I noticed the pot was "covered" with rust. The reason I did not dry it right away was because the surface is very, very rough. It would have been much better if the surface on the inside (and out), is smoothed somewhat. The best part was, the lid has a knob that was cool to touch, making it easy to check while cooking. The pot itself is also non stick. All in all, with good care the pot should last me a life time! Just disappointed about the rough surfaces.
