Looks like Toyota/Lexus part
Looks like regular Toyota/Lexus quality part. Have not installed yet but pretty certain it will function properly. Saved money over buying this part from the dealer, but still not what I would call a "reasonable" price for something like this. Not sure why Japanese auto parts continue to be so pricey.

Excellent outline of what might happen if the lights (and everything else) went out...
Excellent "post-apocalyptic" scenario, set in fairly modern-day Japan. Japanese audio with subtitles, just so you know. Features a "maybe typical" dis-functional family with a salary-man father, stay at home mom and two really irritating (at first) teens who have more privilege than brains. Shows the terrible consequences society would face if all our modern conveniences went away, no electricity, no running water, etc. There is some to-be-expected violence that comes with the break-down of societal norms, but also some humor along the way. Instructional in an entertaining way, I recommend this to all.
