They are older games,
2 of 12 found this helpful They are, of coarse, the original pokemon games, so the graphics are not as good as they are now, but for me they are just an awesome trip down memory lane and I love having these gems in my collection.
They do work on US Gameboy Advance SPs (I haven't tried them on any other systems) of coarse the games only play in Japanese.
And have Gameboy and Gameboy Color graphics.

Love them!
Mine are very well made and absolutely adorable! They are made in China, which is a bummer though.
