Great product
The item came in immaculate condition, like brand new out of the box but it was open box. The price is great, the rental price for this item is $70 for $30 more I bought a brand new one. I use it to clean tile grout, shower walls and door, sink…etc.

Works great
I was concern about buying a refurbished item but so far so good. No programming needed just insert batteries (not included) and the remote works, all features and all.

I don’t what is it about these fans but they move air really well. I had different fans on all my bedrooms and one of these on my living room, after noticing was so much better than the other I replaced all my fans to this type / brand.
