    While the Seller did provide a 50% refund of the total purchase cost, including the shipping after I complained, I cannot give a higher rating because of two issues. 1) Condition: The item was a lot of 2. One of the two clearly had screw holes in it that are not on a new item and the factory mounting holes showed clear evidence that a previous attempt had been made to use the item. 2). It took 4 calendar days for the shipment to start and did not arrive by the latest date on the advertisement
