Very nice but expensive and fussy to set up
I bought this to replace a cheaper auto-lifter that I felt handled ny $1400 cartridge too roughly. This Audio-Technica lifter raises the arm very gently at the end of the record.
It is pretty easy to set up, and attaches with strong 2-sided tape discs. It is pretty intuitive, if a little fussy, to set up - a good thing because the instructions are not very useful.
It’s also a tad fussy to use - to reset it one needs to press the delicate-seeming lifter arm in just the right place, without inadvertently rotating it.
It is nice looking: small, unobtrusive, looks like the fine instrument that it is.
Lastly, it ain’t cheap! I think I paid over $120 for it, which would be outrageous - but it’s in line with the high (to me) price of my cartridge.

All the features in stylish size
Radio control for US, Japan, Canada, South America, easy to set for time zones all around the US and the World: check. Light-powered, no new battery for 20 years: check. Lightweight, allergen-free Titanium case: check. Hard-coating in Titanium: check. Glare-free coated sapphire crystal: check. 100-year calendar, programmed for leap years: check. Available with what, blue or black dials: check. Water resistant to 100m: check. All this in a small, relatively small case with a modern, uncluttered dial. Beautiful Citizen workmanship with perfect accuracy - what more could one want for just a few hundred dollars. I love my watch!

Great sound, good ANC, but complicated, and battery life??
7 of 8 found this helpful I really enjoy these earphones. Mainly listen to classical and jazz, I have no complaints. Like them fine out of the box, no temptation to mess with the equalizer. The noise control is just fine, and it is unobtrusive with little or no hiss and little of that “head in a vacuum” sensation.
The Bluetooth 5 on these phones is just fine. It’s the first BT I’ve ever heard that sounds as though it is wired-in. None of that weird “veiled” or “haloed” sound, and no noticeable latency with movies or YouTube on mis iOS devices. (Years ago I returned my XM2 versions mainly because of BT issues.) I do wish I could pair these with more than 2 devices though.
The Sony iOS app is sort of a mess to figure out and use. I try to avoid it when I can. It’s overloaded with “features” and TLAs, when all I wanna do is listen to great music.
I find it difficult to sort through “ambient sound”, “ambient sound control off”, and “noise cancelling” with just the one button (but I don’t have any bright alternative ideas), and I wish there were also a volume control on the earphones (without having to move the aforementioned features to the damned app). But as I say about so many of these miraculous little devices - it’s a wonder they work at all.
The battery life of the earpieces - I’m getting maybe 3-4 hours, and I think I have all the extraneous functions turned off. It’s not a deal breaker, but it is literally a show-stopper if these things won’t last on a Boston to LA or Boston to Europe flight without pausing to recharge.
They fit pretty well and securely. Wish they were waterproof. Also wish their weight (light as it is) weren’t cantilevered so far out from me ears. They go “clomp-clomp” acoustically in my ears as I walk.
I bought these used for about $100, and they came is good shape, no complaints. I think if I’d payed $270 or whatever for them new, I’d be less forgiving of their little annoyances. But I mostly really like them and their wonderful sound!
