2 of 3 found this helpful This product came with the remote control not adjusting the sound back down after it was adjusted up. It also will not allow you to use the fiber optic connections on the back of the unit but only the one on the front of the unit which is for video games and such. I still can't get it to recognize the rear surround speakers either.
If it wasn't for the cost to ship it back being so high I would have returned it already.

Great value is i can get it right.
I'm not sure yet. The picture quality is rather grannie and not as good as I would have expected. But I'm not sure whether it's the TV or my service connection. I'm in the process of having my service provider to come out and check it to see which it might be. Will write a review later to give an up-date. As far as the condition of the unit, It was in perfect condition and it arrived on time as promised.
