Mags won't release from my Rock Island 1911

The price is right. The quality is good. I bought them to be used in my Rock Island basic GI model. They will not release out of that firearm. I ended up using them in my Springfield Armory GI model. For the Rock Island I ended up buying Wilson Combat magazines at twice the price but the Wilson's work flawlessly.
