Too many problems - poor support

I purchased two of these cameras and was able to set them up without major issues, but the Windows application was a total mess. It wouldn't work at all on Windows 10, regardless of the web browser I used (btw, Chrome isn't supported at all). I finally got it work work (sometimes) using a Windows 7 partition and Firefox. The support was poor, they just told me it should work even though it didn't. They came back with the typical response for a poorly written application (clear the cache, delete and reinstall the application, etc). I had my schedule set up to only provide alerts from midnight to 5am and then all of a sudden, I started received random alerts throughout the day. The response from support was 'that shouldn't be happening'. I still haven't gotten that problem fixed and my Windows login sporadically works. I can do most things with the camera and events on my iPad, but you have to use the Mac or Windows application to set the schedule (another aspect of their poorly written code). My wife has a Maccy-Mouse computer, so I may try the application on that system.
