A tome too, too long..
A large work that is annoyingly repetitious when changing the area of discussion. All can be said (written) in one-fourth of the volume; maybe one-fifth. Those of us who have or are in Leadership positions do not need to buy this book. Stick with Drucker or others.

Good idea, right size and fit.
The underside is soft; outside a little more rugged. Magnetic stays are covered and do the job.
