Better than expected!
This product came exactly as advertised. Although it was sold as refurbished, the thing is spotless. You could have told me it was brand new and I would not have known the difference.
The sound quality is fantastic, the active noise-cancelling is far beyond what I expected. I had a pair of Sony noise-cancelling headphones back in 2001-2002. I can't remember the model or the price, but I thought those were really good back then. These are infinitely better.
My only suggestion is to disable the automatic detection of your voice. The headphones have software that will turn off the music and and noise cancelling when they detect you speaking. The idea being that way you can have conversations with people without having to take your headphones off. But even on the least sensitive setting, the software is way too sensitive. Humming along to a song is enough to activate it and it is jarring. I just turned it off and hand the headphones around my neck when I need to have a conversation.
