POOR DESIGN !!!

I also would like to tell you why you are getting the shaver back... I has to do with poorly designed heads... There are not enough guides for the hairs to follow to the cutting blades … I have attached 2 pix... The one on the left is from your shaver & the one on the right is from the shaver I need to replace... You can see a major difference in the guides between the two shavers.. IF I had seen the difference in your eBay listing , I never would have bought this shaver... SORRY about the inconvenience of this , but it wouldn't do the job I expected it to ... Thanks....
