Broke on First Use

This blender broke on the first use. I didn't expect it to be top quality, but I didn't think it would totally quit on me the first time. I made sure to not blend for long periods of time, but pulsed it. It still overheated and quit working. I thought if I let it cool down it would work again, but I just tried it and it is totally dead. I am returning it to Best Buy.
