Great combination of tools in this kit
I have been using this kit for about a year now. All of the tools are simply top-notch - they feel sturdy in the hand and do exactly what they were designed for very well. The kit is very compact and can go in those little spaces that one always seems to have when trying to pack in an orderly, layered fashion.

reasonable install and use.
It is so nice to be able to control a high ceiling fan this way, and it allowed me to re-purpose a fan that never had speed control instead of having a long pull chain in the middle of the great room. I am not a fan of the wired connectors though as the wire nuts really take up a lot of space in an already full switch box. This would be a 5 star review if the switch had screw/push in terminals, perhaps as an option to clip the existing wires. The routing of the ground (soldered to an outside tab) was especially difficult in this particular installation.

OK, but could be a lot better
OK for what it is, but quality control is horrible. The pivot points are way off center, so it does not spin nicely at all. Will be looking for other options as a result.
