Great home cable station
Very quick to set up and very easy to use. If you've got a bigger than average body frame like myself, I would recommend getting a longer attachment for the lat pull down. I got myself a triangle attachment for cable rows which works wonderful. I put a pair of 45s on the plate storage and that keeps the whole thing very sturdy. This item is a perfect addition to my home gym set up.

Awesome stuff
Very easy to set up and very easy to use. Its gonna be some work tightening it in with the torque wrench and a diamond screwdriver for the other end. Make sure you get the whole thing as tight as it'll let you and it will serve sturdy. It does work your shoulders if you don't go deep enough when you dip.

Good stuff
1 of 1 found this helpful Perfect home gym must have. They are sturdy good quality stuff. You might consider buying a separate pair of just the adjustable dumbbells so you dont have to re screw every time you going up in the weights.
