Batter will not hold a charge.....

Screen and condition is great.
Battery goes down by about 1% ever min or two even while plugged in. I’m using a power block that’s 2.1Amps. Certainly should be plenty while on. And forget the iPad without being plugged in....
Second one I bought. I returned the 1st. This time I am taking the loss and moving on. Hope this helps someone else.
