  This isn’t a bad review, this is a good review, but the item was not described correctly. I bought it thinking seven for women, but it turned out to be a seven for men, so it was big on me I told the seller, and instead of saying OK ship them back she said I’m so sorry. Keep them and I will refund you. That to me is a great seller.

  This guy sold me a broken toy, it dosen’t make sound when moving it and he broke it somehow. Was not described as I saw on the ad for the item. The item got delayed 3 times but finally arrived. On one of the eyes you can see the little black eye ball but on the other you can’t so the seller scratched it off somehow. Would NOT recommend this seller for buying items from.

  please provide photos for your claim as the item had no such damage as clearly seen in the photos ALSO you need to put batteries in the dino for it to work it was shipped without batteries as per USPS POLICY. and if the item is delayed that is between you and USPS sellers have no control over delays in shipping once it leaves our facility.

  Seller shipped gyrosphere broken, had proof, seller offered partial refund, did not send until I had to ask once again. Seller refunded $5 of a $90 purchase with main item being snapped at closure. Characters in good shape, but purchased for characters and gyrosphere to have my child play with. A broken toy that now has to be taped multiple times a day when he wants to switch out characters.

  the item in the photo is clearly not broken you could have requested a return for a full refund as offered but you agreed to partial refund and are now complaining about it. Furthermore, the item you claim that broke was the cheapest in the lot.
