OEM Part
This is exactly what I needed and it came quickly. Seems to be a genuine Nissan Part.

Only buy NEW and you only need the fan.
The item I purchase was used. I needed to take it apart to clean it. Once apart it was easier to throw the heat sink away and just use the fan. In the future I would only purchase the fan. The heat sink part did not quite fit and it was easy to use the old heat sink with the new fan

Non-standard lugs are too narrow to connect to the wires.
lugs on the battery are not the standard size. This makes it hard to swap out the battery. Specifically, the lugs are too narrow and not thick enough. Would NOT buy it again.
